Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend and wish to cancel the class, the following refund policy applies:

• If you cancel more than 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the boxing class, you will be charged 4% of the initial transaction price of the booking.
• If you cancel less than 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the boxing class or fail to show up to the class, you will not receive a refund.

Please note: In some instances, a supplier may state their own cancellation policy in relation to their service. In such cases, the terms will be clearly stated on the page for that gym. This will then be the principle cancellation policy adopted by Muaythaiok.com.
